The Editor Steps Forward

Version 5 changed no tools and no essays; it changed who visibly answers for them.

A name on every page

Version 5 put a named editor and publisher, Joe Foley, on every one of the site’s 242 pages: declared once as a single entity in the structured data, referenced by every article, and carried visibly as author cards on the Contact and About pages, with an approved biography and stated credentials; nothing padded, nothing unverifiable.

A public address

The public editorial and corrections route became [email protected], replacing any personal address anywhere in the site’s source. Reviewers and readers get the same answer to the same question: who runs this site, and how do you reach them.

Promoted, verified

The release was validated at 242 pages and 6,278 internal links with zero errors and zero warnings, pushed to production, and verified live page by page. Five versions in seven days, each frozen before the next began; the sixth day’s release was about the person behind them.

Reconstructed on 17 July 2026 from the project’s dated planning history; events and dates are real, nothing is invented.
